Shake well before use. Apply 20 minutes before sun exposure. Spray evenly in short bursts from about 15 cm away for around one minute, making sure to cover all exposed skin. To maintain protection, reapply regularly, especially after swimming, towel-drying or sweating. Using too little product will significantly reduce the level of protection.
